WATERCLEAN has been developed to provide an environmentally safe and effective water-based alternative to solvent washing for the removal of surface contaminants.

WATERCLEAN is a non-hazardous, non-flammable and won´t harm the surface.

WATERCLEAN eliminates sanding and/or solvent washing when preparing parts for painting, bonding or other processes that require a completely clean surface. For a totally solvent-free mould cleaner, use WATERCLEAN. NOTE: Waterclean removes both Slipcoats & Sealers - the mould should be treated as a new mould, with Sealer and Slipcoats.

SEALMATTE is a durable NON-VOC visible matte film providing superior adhesion to a variety of surfaces. SEALMATTE when applied and dried properly provides a durable matte surface. Applying 3 coats of Watershield release agent provides mutiple releases yielding the part having a matte surface.

SEALMATTE when used in combination with our water-based cleaner, Waterclean , and one of our water-based release agents, such as Watershield or Enviroshield, can provide a solvent-free release system. This Sealer is developed especially to the aircraft- and windmill-industry.

WATER SHIELD is a versatile , odorless and NON VOC release agent designed specifically to meet the "Green Chemistry" requirements around the world. WATER SHIELD can be considered a UNIVERSAL release. It is a high performance polymer coating created to give multiple releases while exceeding the most demanding environmental requirements.

WATER SHIELD can be used in most moulding operations. Water Shield has a watercontents of 90-92%. As mentioned before, using Zyvax water-based materials will eliminate odor and reduce the need to use masks, gloves or installing costly fume extraction systems required with traditional solvent based products.

Slipcoat no. 4 Water-content: 90-92 %

ENVIROSHIELD is, like Water Shield, a versatile, odorless and NON VOC release agent. ENVIROSHIELD is recommended for applications requiring multiple releases, superior surface finish with high gloss and easy touch-up for seamless production cycles. ENVIROSHIELD has a watercontent of 96-98%. ENVIROSHIELD is formulated for large moulds, and moulds where items are easy to demould.

Release-performance: Medio High Release

SILVERSHIELD 320 is an odorless 100% water-based, NON-VOC specialty release agent. SILVERSHIELD 320 is designed primarily for use as a semi-permanent sealer/release coating for parts that require good lay-up adhesion. SILVERSHIELD 320 can also be applied directly on top of the Zyvax Water Shield & Enviroshield release agents to improve surface adhesion for low tack prepregs.

Recommendation!
Using Zyvax Solventfree, waterbased Release System will eliminate odor and reduce the need to use masks, gloves or installing costly fume extraction systems required with traditional solvent based products

Granudan and Zyvax have tried to develop and simplify a release system so mistakes and confusion will be eliminated. The application-process for every product is therefore very easy and almost identical.
