Flex-Z was introduced in 2004, and is a new innovative technological breakthrough in the market for Semi-permanent Release Systems to the polyester Industry.

Flex-Z was developed to meet the great demand from our customers working in a polyester moulding environment, with the daily task of having huge problems with pre-release, shrinkage and streaking from the traditional Semi-permanent Release systems, and therefore had to go back using ordinary Waxes, though it required much harder work and increased their mould prep time considerably.

Flex-Z allows the molder - for the first time in polyester molding history - to apply the level of release performance needed over an entire mold, or in each specific area of ANY mold or process.

Each Flex-Z product is formulated to control both physical and chemical attributes found in EVERY polyester molding environment.  

And best of all: The products are Odorless and free of HAP´s (”Harzardeus Air Polution”) Flex-Z was introduced in 2004, and is a new innovative technological breakthrough in the market for Semi-permanent Release Systems to the polyester Industry.

  • FLEX-Z 2.0 LOW / MEDIUM SLIP Ideal for the occasional pre-release problem.
  • FLEX-Z 3.0 MEDIUM SLIP Standard choice for large hulls and flat areas.
  • FLEX-Z 4.0MEDIUM / HIGH SLIP ”Workhouse” – If you are in doubt, start here.
  • FLEX-Z 5.0HIGH SLIP Excellent choice for small parts and high wear areas.
  • FLEX-Z 6.0HIGH SLIP Use in difficult-to-release male moulds or as flange release.
